Using Document Links

DoCube's document linking feature allows you to establish connections between different documents, forming a knowledge network. Through document links, you can easily reference related content, create cross-references, and build a complete knowledge system.

Copy Document Links

For document-type Tab pages, click the link icon on the right side of the Tab page label to copy the current document's link address. Links for DPF, EPUB, and webpage snapshots can accurately position to any location, while for Markdown documents, they position to headings.

After copying the target document's link, you can choose between the following two methods based on your use case to complete the reference to the linked document:

  • If you need to create document references within other documents, you can go to the target document and add a "link" annotation
  • If using Markdown format documents, you can directly paste the document link in the editing area

Document links in DoCube can not only be used within DoCube but also in other applications that support Markdown syntax, such as Obsidian, Notion, etc.
